Water polo is a sport that requires a specific type of athletic training in order to achieve maximum results. This program isolates the muscle groups utilized in water polo. Additionally, this program focuses on proper flexibility and techniques that cater to the movements utilized in water polo.
Water polo muscular training is designed to build muscle fortitude and endurance. The program involves a varying combination of barbell, dumbbell, bodyweight, and machine exercises to target every muscle in the body.
